FAQ

Orders

For existing members, log in with your registered email and password.

For new customers,  you may wish to register for a new account and place your order:

1. After logging in, select the products you wish to purchase by adding them to your cart. 

2. To review the items added to your shopping cart, click on the "Shopping Bag" icon at the top right-hand corner. 

3. Click on "Checkout" to proceed with the delivery schedule and payment. Otherwise, click on "View Cart"  to review your entire shopping cart.

4. Select the desired delivery schedule and payment mode. Click on "Continue".

5. On the "Confirm Order" page, review your final order and click on "Confirm"

6. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful ordering after payment is received.

Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page stating that your "payment is successful".  A confirmation email will be sent to you if your payment is successful.

If you did not receive any confirmation email, you may reach us at sales@clouddelivery.com.sg to enquire about your payment status.

NOTE: Products listed in your order confirmation do not guarantee that all stocks are available and/or will be delivered upon your expected delivery time slot. Final receipt corresponding to the goods delivered is provided upon delivery only.

You may contact us via EMAIL for enquiries. 
Please place your bulk order at least 2 working days prior to the expected delivery date and time to ensure proper order preparation.

If you would like to make changes to your order, please inform us at least 1 working day before your scheduled delivery timing. We will do our best to accommodate your request(s). 

We highly recommend customers to confirm their orders before purchasing as the payment is automatic and through a secure payment gateway. It will take time to refund through internet banking.

Payments

Accepted payment modes:

  • Paynow / Paylah
  • Visa / MasterCard debit / credit card(s)

Unfortunately, we only accept payment with paynow / paylah / credit/debit card for now. We will be implementing more digital payment gateways in the future.

Payment will be charged to your debit/credit cards after the order has been delivered to you. During the time of purchase, we place an authorisation on your debit/credit cards to hold for the purchase amount. In any circumstances, whereby the purchased items are out-of-stock, our team will remove the charges for undelivered items. The final bill will exclude the charges of those undelivered items.

Delivery & Charges

There is no minimum purchase amount for delivery. 

For orders above $60.00, delivery charges will be waived!

We currently do not deliver to these areas: Army Camps, Pulau Ubin, Sentosa and Jurong Island.

Delivery timing will be from 9.30am - 7.30pm (Monday - Saturday)

Delivery dates and timing will be selectable on the Check Out page and the lead time for delivery will be a minimum of 3 working days.

You are required to check that all details provided are accurate before submitting the order. A change of delivery address after checkout is not permitted. If the delivery address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, you will need to notify us at least 1 working day before the scheduled delivery timeslot. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of S$6.50. 

In the event that no one was present to receive the order during the chosen delivery timeslot at the given delivery address or if you choose to cancel the order or change the delivery address only after the driver has arrived at the given delivery location, we reserve the right to charge the customer a re-delivery fee of S$6.50 or cancellation fee of S$10.00.

Returns & Exchanges

We aim to make you satisfied with your order and will advise you to check your order immediately upon delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email to us at sales@clouddelivery.com.sg within 7 days after receiving your order and we'll resolve the issue(s) immediately. Please leave the product in its original packaging should it be a product related issue.
